Survey Responses

When you participate in surveys on our platform:

• Your responses become part of aggregated, anonymized data

• Individual responses are kept confidential and anonymized
• You grant us a license to use aggregated data for research and publication
• You cannot retract responses once submitted, though data can be anonymized upon request

Intellectual Property

The platform, including its design, content, and functionality, is owned by Raye and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not:

• Reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without permission
• Use our trademarks, logos, or branding without authorization
• Scrape or extract data from our platform

You retain ownership of your survey responses, but grant us a license to use them as described in these terms.

Data and Privacy

Your use of our platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using Raye, you consent to the collection and use of information as described in our Privacy Policy. Please review it carefully.

Disclaimers

Our platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:

• Uninterrupted or error-free operation
• Accuracy or completeness of survey results
• That the platform will meet your specific requirements

Survey results represent aggregated opinions and should not be considered as definitive facts or professional advice.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Raye shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the platform.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Raye, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your use of the platform or violation of these terms.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the platform at any time, with or without cause or notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms of Service.
